It seems almost all code editors support DAP. I'm currently trying Kate. It also supports the debug adapter protocol. Would be nice if remedybg implemented it too. Or you could dip into creating a Kate plugin... c++ ; good as reference implementation for the named pipes stuff.

Would also be nice if the 'driving instance' commands could target a specific instance (ie given as parameter at first startup, or overriding the remedybg's window title)
