Well, development of Lysa has stopped and CodeClap is awesome, so the answer has changed :)
I normally try not to "hijack" other threads but since you mentioned it; codeclap also has the advantage of giving you the exact same debugger and feature set on all platforms.
Windows is still the weakest of all 3 platforms but recently it is getting really close to the other builds. Linux has the advantage of being the oldest supported platform while the debugging API on macOS is far easier to support.
