New Features

• The current source line's range is now highlighted in the disassembly window. Adds context menu item, "Highlight Source Lines", to the disassembly window for toggling this feature.
• Adds external editor settings to Source menu. Allows launching an editor from the menu or via Ctrl+L, Ctrl+E.

Improvement

• Include an "Add Watch" context menu item to registers window for registers supported by the expression evaluator (RIP, general purpose, and vector).

Bug Fixes

• Fixed bug updating target memory cache when writing past page boundaries.
• Fixed expression evaluation of ZMM16-ZMM31 registers which assumed there were 16, rather than 32, ZMM registers.
