The changes for 0.3.9.0 have "No longer automatically reload text file while in the middle of a debug session."

Is there a user setting that can change the behavior to "always reload" ? Auto reloading source files during a debug session may still be convenient in the context of DLL reloading (though I understand it can still be a potential source of confusion in some cases, I'd likely find such a setting more convenient than not).

And/or: if there was a keyboard shortcut for "Source File -> Reload", that would help.

I added an "Auto Load" option that will be available in the next release to allow toggling the behavior you describe.
